Our Team -
Mr. Sanjay Panvalkar
Mr. Sanjay Panvalkar is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of the firm. He has been in practice for more than 25 years and has extensive experience across Taxation, Audit, Advisory, Accounting and Project Financing. He has also been engaged in Virtual CFO roles with emerging enterprise clients. He currently heads the Direct Tax & Audit practices.
Ms. Priya Panvalkar
Ms. Priya Panvalkar co-founded the firm, along with Mr. Sanjay Panvalkar, in 1989. She has more than 25 years of diverse experience - in both practice & industry. In 2008, she moved from the firm to industry and joined as the CFO of Arval India Pvt. Ltd. (100% subsidiary of BNP Paribas). She rejoined the firm in 2017, bringing along a rich experience in enterprise management, ERP implementation, transfer pricing and department setups. She currently heads the GST practice.
Mr. Makarand Bidikar
Mr. Makarand Bidikar brings with him 8 years of experience in the BFSI sector, having worked with reputed companies like J.P.Morgan and Kotak Life Insurance. His experience ranges across Risk Management, Process Advisory, US Taxation, Corporate Finance, Operations and BCP. He currently heads the Advisory practice.
